Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The jewelry item must be unused

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Earrings or intimate jewelry items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

We also do not accept returns for products that fall under restricted categories such as hazardous materials or flammable items.


Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Jewelry showing obvious signs of wear or use

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Important Notes

  • Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or partially refunded

  • All returned items are inspected before refund approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit/debit card or other payment method) within a few business days

Exchanges

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.

For higher-value jewelry items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and approved.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
