Absolutely, yes sapphire shade LLC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Sapphire shade LLC and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love your jewelry from Sapphire Shine LLC. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Simply email us at team@sapphireshade LLC.com, and our support team will guide you through the return process.
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. If you receive a faulty or damaged jewelry item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at team@sapphireshade LLC.com, and we will arrange an exchange for you.
If you wish to order the same item in a different size, or would like a different jewelry piece, the request will be processed as a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once the original item is returned and approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
All exchange requests must include proof of purchase, and the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
